The product

A business management system, not just a GST invoice generator.

Sharpflux GST ERP connects the documents a business raises every day with the stock, ledgers and GST data they affect. A posted sales invoice updates inventory, accounting and the GST registers from one record, so nothing has to be keyed in twice.

A demo walks you through the modules below in the current version, so you can judge how well they fit the way your business works.

Built around

  • Billing and sales
  • Purchases
  • Inventory
  • Accounting
  • GST preparation and reconciliation

Problems it addresses

Where disconnected billing and accounts cost time.

  1. Billing, stock and accounts live in separate tools, and the same data is entered more than once.

Posting a sales or purchase document updates stock and accounting through one posting engine.

  2. GST returns are assembled by hand from registers at the end of each period.

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are prepared from posted documents, then validated before anyone approves them.

  3. Supplier invoices and GSTR-2B differ, and differences surface late.

Import the file downloaded from the portal, reconcile it against purchases and review input tax credit decisions.

  4. Several companies, branches and financial years are hard to keep apart.

Each company has its own branches, financial years and GST registrations, with role-based access to each.

GST compliance and reporting

Prepare, validate and reconcile. You file on the portal.

Returns and summaries

  • GST sales and purchase registers
  • GSTR-1 preparation, validation and approval

Export as CSV or as JSON in the GSTN offline-tool structure.

  • GSTR-3B preparation

Reconciled with GSTR-1 and the GST ledgers, with a suggested set-off.

  • HSN-wise summaries
  • Output GST and tax liability reports
  • Manual filing confirmation

Record the acknowledgement once you have verified it on the portal.

Credit and reconciliation

  • Input tax credit (ITC) review, reversal and reclaim
  • GSTR-2A and 2B import from downloaded files
  • Purchase reconciliation with manual matching
  • Reverse-charge tracking and payment references

Validate exported JSON with the GSTN offline tool before upload, and have prepared returns reviewed by your tax professional. Tax payment is not made from the software.

Questions

GST ERP FAQs

How do we get started with Sharpflux GST ERP?

Start with a demo. We will show you the current version, confirm which of your requirements it covers, and agree rollout and timing with you. It is not sold as a ready-to-install package.

Does it file GST returns directly on the GST portal?

No. It prepares and validates GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data and exports GSTR-1 for the GSTN offline tool. You file on the portal and record the acknowledgement. A direct connection would need a GSP or ASP agreement.

Does it generate e-invoices and e-way bills?

Not at present. Live generation depends on a government or provider API, so tell us if you need it and we will discuss what it would take.

Can we manage several companies and financial years?

Yes. A business can hold multiple companies, each with its own branches, financial years and GST registrations, with access controlled by role.

Is there a mobile app, and does it work offline?

A mobile app for Android and iOS provides sign-in and a module dashboard. It does not work offline, and further mobile workflows would be scoped with you.

Can modules be enabled per business?

Yes. Modules and features are enabled per business, and roles and permissions control what each user can do.
