Legal
Privacy and cookies
This page explains what information the Sharpflux Technologies website collects, why, and what your browser stores.
Information you send us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and phone number, the subject of your enquiry and your message. You can also give your company name and a project budget. The page you came from may be included so we know what you were reading.
We use these details to read and reply to your enquiry. They are sent by email to our team through an email service provider. We do not sell them. The form is not used to sign you up for marketing.
Spam protection and server records
To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly keeps a count of recent submissions by IP address, and a one-way hash of recent enquiries so the same message is not delivered twice. These are held in memory and cleared automatically. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs. If a security check is shown on the form, it is provided by a third party that processes technical information about your browser in order to tell people from bots.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and it does not load tracking scripts. It stores the following on your device:
- Your cookie choice. Saved in your browser's local storage so we do not ask you again.
- Offline copies. If your browser supports it, a service worker keeps copies of public pages and site files so the site loads faster and works offline. Form submissions and personal information are not kept there.
The optional categories in the cookie preferences are in place for any tools added in the future. None will load without your consent, and this page will be updated first.
Your choices
To ask about the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to marketing@sharpflux.in. You can clear this site's stored data at any time in your browser settings.
